Louise B. DiCiesare is a CPA serving the Denver Metro and Colorado Front Range areas.  Her background includes traditional tax and accounting work, tax planning and bookkeeping and payroll solutions. She also has working knowledge of the construction industry, day to day operations of small businesses, and small business benefit plan administration. Louise received her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and her Masters of Taxation from the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program. Licensed in both Colorado and Hawaii, Louise is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPAs.  She also belongs to the Littleton Chapter of Business Networks International. Having worked with CPA firms, Homeowner Associations, and many small business owners in Hawaii and Colorado, Louise has gained not only a broad business background as well as accounting and tax expertise, but also an appreciation for the diversity in the needs of each individual and business owner.
